ATC Staffing Solutions, Inc, is committed to providing a good quality service 24 hours per day.  We have three distinctive services that we offer:  temp-to-hire, temp only, and direct professional placement.  For all of our services that we offer, we provide the following:  criminal background testing, drug testing, employee physicals and TB testing (if needed), blood pressure and vision testing (if needed), reference checks, skill testing using skill testing software, safety orientation, and 24 hour on-call availability.  We also provide vendor on premise and pay rolling services to our customers

Temp-to-Hire
ATC Staffing Solutions Inc, will provide our customers with employees for temp-to-hire positions for a minimum of 400 working hours.  Upon the successful completion of 400 hours, our employee is then able to accept a position with the company to which they have been assigned.  Around the Clock will provide our employees with a weekly paycheck, workman's compensation and general liability insurance, and a W-2 at the end of the year.  Our customer will be billed weekly for each employee.  This service allows our customer the opportunity to evaluate the potential new employee before extending an employment offer to them.

Temp Only
ATC Staffing Solutions Inc, will provide our customers with temporary employees for short-term assignments.  We require that our employees work a minimum of 5 hours for one-day assignments.  Around the Clock will provide our temporary employees with a weekly paycheck, workman's compensation and general liability insurance, and a W-2 at the end of the year.  Our customer will be billed weekly for each employee.  This service allows our customer to obtain extra help when they need it.  ATC Staffing Solutions, Inc, temporary employees will be notified that they are being asked to work a temporary assignment. 

Professional Direct Placement
ATC Staffing Solutions Inc, will provide our customers with professional placement services, if needed.  This service involves the recruitment of potential candidates of a particular skill level.  We will recruit, screen, perform any applicable testing, and then forward a qualified candidate's resume to our customer for their review.  If they choose to hire one of our candidates, we will then bill them a one-time flat fee.  If our customer chooses not to hire any of our candidates, we do not collect any fees.  This employee will not be hired as an Around the Clock employee, they will be hired straight through the company.
